Hanging out with Jase

Had a brief outing with Jase yesterday inworld, he's always a great laugh, and despite his appearance, a true gentleman ;p lol.We raved, danced & went bowling, we were going to have a quick bite to eat but he had to go :(

Coffee Break

Me and my friend Hakim had a good old catch up inworld,
we ended up in Effington, Brownstones Cool Beans Cafe, drank coffee, and had a good old gossip.
What a great way to start of the day ;)

Wnding down

Last night, after a manic weekend RL wise, I slipped into SL and decided to chill out at home,

I love evenings, sitting out on the verandah  at my house inworld, espeically at this time of the year, with the twinkling lights and warmth

Sitting out there reminds me of old family holidays in RL, when my father used to take us all back to his home country in the Far away eastern lands.

Us siblings all living in Dads sprawling villa,
with the huge wrap-around verandahs circling the radius of the house, we all used to gather out there in the evenings and play games, have sing alongs, drink fresh iced lemon water our grandmother would make, and just enjoy each others company.
It was absolutely brilliant those times.
Have'nt been there in years sadly, all my other siblings are grown up, married with kids now.....those family holidays are just a distant memory now.

My mother always used to say to us back then to always remember these times, as they will never come back again. Never truer words spoken!

Sometimes just simply doing nothing is the most peaceful thing in the world.

On my travels

This weekend in RL took over so I did not get any chance to log on inworld at all! That's so wierd for me, even if i'm half asleep and out of it, I usually always try log on and see whats happening inworld.
Eventually I did get some time and had a lovely time in a stunning Sim called Venexia, this place showed up on the destination guide as being 'hot' right now, and it really really was. I've heard alot of great comments about this place and was dying to see if it all lived up to its hype.
- Seriously, it's such a lovely place, an unbelievable amount of detail has gone into this place and it's truly stunning.

Getting back to the original Me

Today I just felt like I  had arrived at the point inworld where I had my fill of all the winter wonderland things that seem to be fililng up the grid......well, for now anyway lol.

I felt myself get back into 'explorer mode', that's the original me that is,
- where I set my av on 'busy' and go for a really long wander on a random isolated sim,
on my own, no friends, no nothing.

I bloody love that.

Hanging out with Andy

One of my best friends inworld Andy,  and I decided to go for a bit of ice skating and general hanging out in the cold.

I'm so jealous of Andy's cheekbones.....*sighs*

he had me in fits of giggles because this was when he said to me ''why the fk are we not girlfriend and boyfriend?''

detox

Dragged myself to the gym to start toning myself up,
I was lucky enough to meet up with the owner of the gym, Duc, who gave me some pointers
